Moritz und Ida segeln, was am Wichtigsten ist, mit viel Spaß und ich denke auch einigermaßen erfolgreich. Ehrgeiz im Sinne von Regattasegeln kommt dann bei den Kindern und den Eltern vielleicht irgendwann von alleine. Die haben das dort super gemacht und hatten einen riesigen Spaß dabei. Mit 32 Optis und drei Motorbooten zum Sommertraining am Gardasee.
Die habe ich für meine seglerischen Ansprüche schon mit der WM am Gardasee erreicht. Diese Events sind echt super und machen viel Spaß. Platz 420er WM Gardasee 2009, Gold Fleet 420er WM in Athen 2008…. Der Umstieg in den 420er durch den BYC, dem hervorragenden Trainer Ilja und der tollen Trainingsgruppe ermöglichte mir eine lehrreiche, spaßige und erfolgreiche Segelzeit. Das Skiff segeln hat mir schon immer sehr viel Spaß gemacht.
Wir waren eine große, tolle Gruppe im SRV (Segel- und Ruderclub Simssee), in der es superviel Spaß gemacht hat, am Wochenende im Opti zu trainieren. Für´s Hochseesegeln müsste ich mich mal wieder auf die Schulbank setzen. Morgens am Gardasee auf Halbwind aus den Schatten in die Sonne segeln. Meine Segelkarriere hat im Münchner Yachtclub angefangen, das erste Mal segeln war ich im Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie auf Sardinien.
Die Idee einer eigenen Clubkollektion hatten wir schon länger. Einmal im Leben auf einer J-CLASS zu segeln – das wäre schon was! BYC Segel- oder Gesellschaftsclub? Druck machen sich viele Kinder natürlich selber, bei Regatten geht es ja darum, sich zu vergleichen und möglichst gut zu segeln. Es ist ja auch nicht so, dass die Eltern nicht auch ihren Spaß hätten, vor allem am Gardasee kann man die Tage sehr genießen.
Was ist euer Ziel bei der WM in Neuseeland? November nach Neuseeland und werden uns dort fünf Tage erstmal einleben, da haben wir 12 Stunden Zeitverschiebung. Am Anfang haben wir uns schon dagegen gesträubt, nach Kiel zu ziehen, wir haben lieber am Gardasee trainiert.
Die meiste Freizeit verbringt er heute mit den segelnden Clubkindern. In dem Moment, als er uns gesagt hat, dass wir das Rennen in Überlingen gewonnen haben. Segelbundesliga in Überlingen 2015 zu uns kam. Wie schon gesagt habe ich nicht den klassischen Weg zum Regattasegeln genommen. Fortan hat mich jedoch jedes Gardasee-Training mehr begeistert und bald habe ich die Trainingsgruppe von Ilja und Jenna sehr gut kennengelernt. Lasst mich doch einfach nur segeln!

Die Wunschschwiegertochter der Optieltern

Ich finde, daß solche Topsegler wie der Wolfi Rappel und der Burschi Haist immer noch so begeistert segeln, das sind doch echte Vorbilder!! Wir segeln Ende August in Hornbaek Dänemark den Drachen Goldcup mit mindestens 80 Teilnehmern! Da halte ich es mit dem Nikki Lauda – lieber https://www.lolo.casino/ im Kreis segeln und abends an die Bar! Na klar, der Drachen, ich finde allerdings den Laser und das Starboot (ist mein Vater gesegelt) super, interessant finde ich die Entwicklung der J70! Das gilt sowohl für den Regattasport als auch für das „Herumsegeln“ auf unserem See.
Ursprünglich wollten wir schon 2014 auf dem Starnberger See die IDM segeln. Zum Törnsegeln  bin ich bisher nicht gekommen. Erst einige Jahre später, ich war inzwischen mit Erich Hirt jun. befreundet, entdeckte ich Wettfahrtsegeln wieder.
Wir segeln seit sechs Jahren 49er. Welchen Stellenwert hat die IDM, wenn ihr gerade den World Cup in Japan hinter euch und die WM in Neuseeland vor euch habt? Sie segeln Regatten, helfen als Wettfahrtleiter, Schiedsrichter, S-Bootfahren, sind Jugendtrainer oder engagieren sich ehrenamtlich im Verein. Tag Super 8, Fallon, Nevada

Mit Hansi Vogt vom Chiemsee segelte ich vor Kiel eine EM – wir wurden vierter. Ich war zum Beispiel erster bei der 24-Stunden Regatta am Chiemsee oder bei der 24 Stunden Regatta am Ammersee, 6. Ich fing an Clubregatten zu segeln. Auf Anraten meines Papas lernten wir dann umgehend in die Segelschule Wörthsee, bei Peter Gastl, das kleine 1 x 1  des Segelns.
Wir haben das Glück auf den schönsten Segelrevieren der Welt segeln zu dürfen. Von ihrem Heimatverein SR Simssee wechselten sie an den Starnberger See. Unser Vorstand macht einen super Job und ich hoffe das das in der Zukunft so bleibt. Platz bei der Europameisterschaft am Gardasee.

Berlin

In einer Gruppe von fünf Kindern haben wir bereits im Alter von fünf Jahren spielerisch angefangen, auf einer Wiese mit abgeschnittenem Ruder zu „segeln“. Segeln habe ich in Berlin in einem eher kleinen Segelclub an der Havel gelernt, dem SC Gothia. Ich würde gerne Mal auf einer Maxi Yacht unter Spinnaker durchs Mittelmeer segeln. Regattasegeln oder Schmalzsegeln? „There is nothing like home“, und der Starnberger See sowie seit einigen Jahren auch der Wannsee im VSaW sind weiterhin klar meine seglerische Heimatbasis.

Seit der JEM am Gardasee 2017 segel ich mit Jonas Royla aus Düsseldorf. Später dann der Münchner Yachtclub und seit dem 420er der Bayerische Yacht-Club, North Sails und Oakley. Erst mit zehn Jahren habe ich mit dem Optisegeln angefangen. Papa Oli ist stark in der Jugendarbeit des Münchner Yachtclub tätig, Mamma Petra bleibt lieber im als auf dem Wasser. 2015 wechselte er vom Münchner Yachtclub in die Jugend- und Juniorenabteilung des Bayerischen Yacht-Club. Meldet euch bei mir, wenn ihr Lust habt, mehr zu segeln und als eigenes Team zusammen mit anderen JJA Mitgliedern zu segeln.

Wir sind gemeinsam an den Ammersee gefahren und haben dort einen 20er Jollenkreuzer gemietet. Gemeinsam segeln wir sehr gerne auf dem L-Boot am Starnberger See. Ich habe im Alter von 8 Jahren auf dem Biggesee im Sauerland mit dem Segeln begonnen. Die Deutsche Segel-Bundesliga, das AUDI Sailing Team Germany und einige der großen Segelclubs im Norden und im Süden. Der Zusammenhalt untereinander ist super und dass die Großen uns so gut unterstützen. Die Trainings mit den Opti-Trainern Fabi, Roman, Felix, Julian, Philipp (Authenrieths) und George waren auch immer super.
Drachensegeln, weil Transporte nur mit LKWs oder 40 Fuß-Container möglich sind und man 5 Mann Crew braucht. Es sind einfach kraftstrotzende, schwere Regattamaschinen, tief und nass segelnd, mit niedrigem Freibord, schwer zu bedienen und personalintensiv. Beim RVYC in Vancouver, beim St. Francis Yacht Club/San Francisco, beim KSSS in Schweden, dem Mitgliedsclub in Helsinki, im VSaW. Dies insbesondere, weil ich in einer ganzen Reihe der ICOYC-Mitgliedsclubs schon auf Welt- und Europameisterschaften selbst gesegelt bin, z.B. So berichtete byc.de über Thomas Kuhmann….

Subjective drug effects decreased in intensity shortly after the end of infusion, resolving almost entirely 20 min after the end of infusion. In terms of its role and effect on the human body, DMT acts mainly on serotonin receptors in the brain, specifically the 5-HT2A receptor. How long does DMT last? Effects on the body and more

Participants were asked to not consume any alcoholic drinks 48 h before each study visit, and to not consume any illicit drugs 2 weeks before their first study visit until 2 weeks after their last study visit. The data for this dose is not included here as it was not repeated across participants, induced negligible psychological effects, and was not intended for analyses. Different dose regimens were simulated based on a separate population pharmacokinetic reanalysis of data from a previous study (Strassman and Qualls, 1994), yielding new two-compartment model parameter estimates (unpublished). The main goal of the study was to provide first steps towards establishing infusion parameters for maintaining a steady state of DMT effects for a chosen length of time.
